Dr. Thomas Reuß

Thomas Reuß is the founder and executive Partner of Thomas Reuß GmbH. He holds a Master’s and PhD in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and has over 20 years of experience in data science, software engineering, DevOps, and big data. He combines deep technical expertise in multiple programming languages with extensive experience in cloud technologies, orchestration frameworks, and automation standards. Thomas has led teams through digital transformations and complex technology challenges and is skilled at bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. With a background in forensic technology and compliance-heavy environments, he understands the importance of clear communication. In addition, Thomas enjoys teaching best practices and explaining advanced concepts in an accessible way to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Tobias Gerbershagen

Tobias Gerbershagen is a partner in our Financial Services practice group. He has been working with banks, asset management companies, and insurance companies for over 30 years. He holds a MSc degree in applied mathematics, accounting, and economics from Marburg University.
Throughout his career, he has acquired in-depth expertise in IFRS accounting, financial risk management, banking regulation, and fund administration processes. He approaches matters from a business perspective and specializes in financial instruments accounting and regulatory law. In addition, he has a proven track record of effectively capturing requirements and communicating them to team members with technical backgrounds.
Tobias is as a speaker at major client events in the CFO space.
